02Information you send us

The enquiry form on this site does not transmit anything to a server. It formats the details you type into a message and hands that message to WhatsApp or to your own email client, which you then choose to send. Until you send it, the information stays on your device.

When you do send an enquiry, we receive whatever you included — typically your name, company, email address, telephone number and a description of your requirement — through WhatsApp or email.

03How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, where a contract follows, deliver the work. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry information with third parties for marketing, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have only made an enquiry.

04Analytics

We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are read. It records page views and general performance measurements. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.

05Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and to meet commercial and tax record-keeping obligations in Qatar, then deleted.

06Your rights

Under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 concerning Personal Data Privacy Protection you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address above and we will respond.

07Third-party services

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request information such as IP address in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
